A: I'm happy to help, Troy! This Dorman - TECHoice Throttle Body Motor (Part No. 911-102) is indicated to fit the 2006 Lincoln Navigator. According to Dorman, it was not found on the 2005 model. If you do not have the idle air control valve (BWD Idle Air Control Valve Part No. 31019), it's possible your vehicle is considered a midyear vehicle. What this means is that your vehicle may have been manufactured with parts intended to be used on vehicles in the 2006 model year. The build date of your vehicle can be found in the door jamb on the driver's side.
If your vehicle has an idle air control valve it should be located under the plastic Triton cover. Another way to tell for sure is to look for a throttle cable. The older style will still utilize the throttle cable.
