  • I have an 07 E550 4matic. Let me start by saying that it is deceptively fast. Sure the torque is great and you are pushed back in your seat, but the smooth ride can make you feel like you are going slower than you actually are. Omitting the AMGs, Ms, RSs, SRTs, and other special models, you should be able to beat or hang with probably over 90% of the cars on the road today. I love my 550. Currently, I am driving a Honda Civic 2007. I am going to trade it in. My first mercedes benz.

  • The seats are comfortable, if you get CPO it will cover the airmatic and fiber optic, which some aftermarket warranties may not cover.. so might be better to drop down to the E320 if you are buying outright. This is a 2007 E550 4D sedan. So, I don't need anyting more fancier. This crazy E550 beast is more than enough for me. thanks

That was a major factor for me as well. Since I have summer tires on my C32, it stays parked during the winter. BTW, I am on the other side of Valley Forge, it would be nice to see your RS4.

    Picking up my new (07) E550 4Matic

I live in New York but picking up an 07 E550 4Matic in Florida Saturday. Driving her up as soon as I transfer cash and get my Title/Receipt. Its Black on Black with Ash Maple Trim, P2 pkg, Wood Steering Wheel, Sport Pkg, Ceramic Tints. Absolutely Gorgeous. I hear good things out there about the 07+ E550 so I went for it. This is going to be a big change from a 2007 Toyota Solara SLE V6. Will Post pictures soon.
